Copier Refurbishing Process

Refurbished Reprographic & Office Equipment is one of the best values for a
start-up business, small business, or corporation. All good business owners and
managers look to save money wherever possible, especially in expenditures for
equipment that must last a long time before being replaced. Refurbished copy
machines are an obvious money-saving bargain that cuts thousands of
dollars-tens of thousands on high-end units, off retail prices.

SourceOne Digital Systems uses a 93 point refurbished copier certification
process to restore slightly used copiers back to their original condition. We are
the only copier dealership that we know of that actually shows you what our entire
copier refurbishing process entails (see below). Our competition shows little if
any auditable documentation at all on their refurbished copiers. Once our copiers
are restored to their original manufacturer settings, we test, clean and
photograph each copier. Our refurbished copiers are tested on your network
operating system and each copy machine is individually packaged with all
relative software, printer drivers and user manuals. Once again, an industry first
so your copier purchase is a painless one!

Our machines are gently used- we prescreen our returned off-lease and
repossessed copiers and select only those with low usage for refurbishing. We
have hundreds of used copiers to choose from, and over 100 refurbished
copiers available at all times- ready for next day shipment. That makes us the
biggest and the best place to purchase a Refurbished Copiers. When we
refurbish our slightly used copiers we audit everything we do so that when your
refurbished copier arrives you can show your local copier dealership the history
of what has been done to your off-lease copier. This is essential because it
allows us to show your local copier dealer that your refurbished copier is ready to
go under a service contract, or we can provide you with local service support
through our national network. Our technicians are trained to service KIP, Oce,
